This hotel is the best I've been at they look after us and make sure we have everything we need for our stay if needed I plan to come back
I have stayed here on two occasions. The first stay was "so so." There were some roaches and dirt. I stayed here again, because they had the cheapest rate. This time the stay has been better because of the new GM, Tony and his new front desk staff. There are still some problems with the night attendant. This person does not care. So make sure your keys work and you do not have to depend upon this person after hours. Make sure you get Tony's contact info in case there is a problem. Because if Tony and his new day staff who are very professional, I gave them a 4 out of 5. I give the night attended a 0 out of 5. Tony has clearly improved the roach situation in just a short time. Once this place gets a much needed remodel, and night attendant who cares as much as Tony does, I will give this place a 5. Remember, this place is not the Waldorf Astoria, nor is meant to be. It's a cheap $50-60 per night studio apartment-ish / temporary living situation. Rooms are like the Holiday in Express but with a tiny kitchen and fridge. You have to keep it clean. That said, for the amount of money you pay, this is about the best you can get. Try to either book a week at a time to get the best rate, or search outside booking services for deals. You can sometimes save versus the normal daily rate.
The room is spacious and clean. The furniture is kind of outdated but overall the room is nice and comfortable. It’s quiet and we felt safe. They have coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bars and muffins in the morning. The lobby is clean and smells good. The staff is amazing! They make you feel welcomed. I’ll definitely book again at this hotel for my next trip.
You can tell the building is old but the rooms are nice and clean. Minor details need updated but all in all nice place to stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything needed for an extended stay, and the bed was cozy. The room was quiet and well maintained, which made my stay relaxing. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and welcoming.They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The location was very convenient and easy to access. It was close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, making it easy to travel around the area. This Extended Stay America provided a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff stood out for their kindness and helpfulness, and the hotel offered great value for an extended stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Extended StayAmerica is one of the nicest places I have stayed in Florida. I highly recommend this or anyone who is coming in from town I highly recommend this for my friends and my family. Even when you just want to get away for a while nice location nice friendly staff nice pool area very clean pet friendly.
